Intermediate and API development and manufacturing
Our team of knowledgeable and experienced scientists has an unprecedented expertise in the synthesis of intermediates and KRMs/ KSMs. We provide our clients with customized intermediates as per their needs. The same can be scaled up from kilograms to MT as well
Impurity Synthesis
Our forte lies in the synthesis of impurities including those present in APIs, degradation impurities, metabolites as well as internal reference standards. Based on the need of our clients, we have a standard list of APIs for which we synthesize impurities. Apart from this, custom impurity synthesis is also undertaken at our facility.
Custom Synthesis and Process Development
We provide custom synthesis services for organic compounds ranging on a scale from milligrams to kilograms. These compounds have varied applicability in pharmaceuticals, electronics and other allied industries. We ensure a purity ranging from 95 – 100% for each custom made product of ours. Our services include synthetic route scouting, feasibility study, experimental design, process development and optimization as well as technology transfer.
FTE services
We provide Full Time Employee services for NCE molecules (Phase-I, II, III), new drug discovery molecules, specialty chemicals, APIs and intermediates. The services include synthesis on the basis of the product/process details provided or available literature, process optimization as well as synthesis on basis of schematic diagram for NCEs.
Infrastructure
Infrastructure
- R & D lab: State of the art infrastructure with approx. 2000 sq.ft R & D centre
- Kilo lab: Equipped with 20 L, 50 L and 100 L glass assemblies with oil bath, reflux cum fractional distillation column facility, phase separator, liquid addition pot, solid charging facility, inert gas passing and gas purge facility.
- Pilot plant: GMP pilot plant equipped with 250 L, 650 L GLR and 250 L, 650 L SSR reactor s and clean room with 650 L GLR and 650 L SSR reactors
- Well equipped QC/ ADL laboratory with online HPLC and GC support.
- Manufacturing: GMP approved manufacturing set up spread over an area of 21000 sq. mt. with built in area of 10,000 sq. mt. equipped with 1.5 KL to 8 KL SSR and GLR reactors. Total production capacity is 76 KL expandable to 125 KL.
- Hydrogenator: 2 KL and 4 KL capacity.
- Manufacturing facility is DUNS number and FEI number certified.
